TheAusLink (ABN 67 629 716 676) reserves the right to accept or reject your request to add your Business Listing on TheAusLink or purchase an Add-on plan (or featured listing) based on the Terms & Conditions outlined by TheAusLink.
The decision made by TheAusLink in regards to accepting or rejecting your request to add your Business Listing or purchase an Add-on plan (or featured listing) is final. In the case of a rejected request, the amount charged on your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account will be refunded based on the Refund Policy outlined below.
TheAusLink reserves the right to change its “Terms & Conditions”, “Privacy Policy” and/or the “Payments & Refund Policy” at any time. This will be updated on the website as soon as there are any changes.
You authorise TheAusLink to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account towards the fees as per your plan selection while you are submitting a request on the Check Out page.
Refund Policy
TheAusLink gives you a 7 day refund policy on your purchase of Premium or Gold business listing packages and on the Featured Listings Add-on(s).
If you decide that you would like to cancel your Listing subscription or an Add-on subscription within 7 days of your order submission, TheAusLink will initiate a refund for your payment within 15 working days from the date of request for refund.
In the scenario where your subscription request is rejected by TheAusLink, TheAusLink will initiate a refund for the amount charged to your card / account within 15 working days from the date of rejection of your subscription.
